I've spent the last decade of my life working in a cancer research lab, "on the front lines" in the fight against cancer. I'm still doing this, but I've realized that another way I can contribute to the "war effort" is to use the skills and passions I have for learning and scientific communication to bring you insights into the fast-paced world of oncology.

The innate immune system is an incredibly powerful immunological force that is teeming with anti-cancer properties and prime therapeutic entry points. However, the various platforms are less developed than things like T cell therapies and immune checkpoint inhibitors so, they get less attention.
